The photo on the right is from today while I was Zumba dancing. I think I am having the same mental issues like my husband Dave is having, (Dave_Getting), in regards to our weight loss and fitness. Yes, I know I have lost weight, (I recently bought pants that were 4 sizes less than last year), and I feel great. But, I think I still picture myself inside as that person I looked like in the photo on the left. Sure, I am the same nice and honorable person as I was then, but look and feel different today!

Holy moly, I want to be just like you when I grow up! What types of workouts/nutrition did you need to maintain to get to pic #1. I want to be 80 years old and be able to whip out a pic like that and tell my grandkids a mean tale lol! You look amazing in all your photos BTW.3 -

You look amazing and are so inspiring! Your tummy looks so flat!
Without sounding rude did you have surgery and if not what did you do to get it that way?

YOU ARE WAY TOO SWEET, thank you. Actually brought a tear to my eye because I've been STRUGGLING SO HARD since competing. THANK YOU.
The first pic was about 10-11 months after I had my daughter (after losing the final baby weight I was holding onto, 16lbs).....here's what I blogged about it back then...
I started on the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD. I did the workout 5 days a week with two rest days for 4 weeks straight. I also went to Roller Derby practice twice a week and those practices are 2.5 to 3 hours long!
My diet during Ripped in 30: stuck to 1200 calories a day and didn't cheat at all.
After Ripped in 30 I looked like this from left to middle pic:

Then I went on to try Jillian Michaels Shed and Shred..did that for a week and it bored me..so I stopped. Then I started Jillian Michaels Killer Buns & Thighs. I got an injury to the knee at a derby game and had to stop that before getting a full week in. All the while still attending my derby practices and playing two games a month.
My diet during this time: Upped them at some point to 1300, then 1500 and having ONE cheat day ONLY a week where I eat whatever I want.
I then decided to start P90X...first 3 weeks I did it religiously..but now I just pop any workout in..whichever I feel like doing. Also all the while still attending my derby practices and playing two games a month.
My diet during this time: Upped them again to 1600 + one cheat day.
A week before hitting goal I lowered my Carb intake to between 25-35 (sometimes go over a bit) per day!! I am now maintaining by doing this during the week and relaxing some over the weekend. I may go up to 150-200 carbs, sometimes more on Sat/Sun. And then back to the grind on Monday!
This is my final result, from middle to right pic:

FOR NOW, til I can start working out at a gym with weights again!! Which will hopefully be next month when we move into a condo downtown with a gym in it!!! I'm sooo EXCITED to get back to strength training!!!

I've been following this thread for a while. It's my go-to for inspiration and motivation, and boy do I need motivation as I have a long road ahead of me. The 1st 2 pictures are from May and November 2014. By November 2014, I was at 315+, but I was always too afraid to look at the weight on the scale, so the exact weight, I'm not sure. But my starting weight from the beginning of 2016 was 310. In the past couple months, I've made slow but sure progress which I'm very proud of. I'm down just over 15 lbs, which isn't a lot to some people, but I'm happy because I'm finally back in the 200s! The last 2 pictures were taken within the last month.
