Day 7 of level 3 today for me, if I can managed it. I have pulled my neck. :( My before n after shots are looking the same. :#

I do my shred about 20 mins after my morning cuppa. No food before I do it and usually afterwards I ain't hungry.

I had only been going to gym for a few weeks before I started the shred. I am now on level 3 day 3. I have had my sore days but loved every second.

Well I hope a lose some more. I will also be doing something else for a few weeks and then back to the 30 day shed. Its the only home workout I have stuck to and enjoyed.

Rexkt - those are excellent results, well done. I have 7 days left with the shred. Have only lost 2lb so far. Were you losing all the way through the shed or did you find it happened during level 3? My 2lb loss has been since level 3.

Jadior - hi, yes its my first go. I haven't had any results on the scales or measuring, but it does make me feel good. So frustrating when you are putting all you have into everything and nothings happening. I took before pics and waiting til I finish for the the after ones. Fingers crossed it will all happen this level.

Started level 3 today. Much more enjoyable than level 2. Hope I start seeing some results this level.

Level 2 finished. Hope level 3 is better which al be starting on Monday. Keep going everyone.

Tried cardio before going straight into the shred today. But think al just stick to doing the cardio at the gym, which is in the evening 2/3 times per week. Day 8 level 2 done. Come on!!!! :D

I am also counting calories and hit the gym 2/3 days per week. Done day 7 level 2 today and decided to do a 20 minute cardio session straight after. I was shaking when finished.

Day 6 on level 2. Really finding level 2 bit boring. Hard but bored. Have to say that am not seeing any results yet. Maybe my expectations were to high.

Day 5 level 2 done. Managed to do the plank jacks today. Not liking this level as much as first. Too many plank moves for me.

Its day 9 on level 1 for me. Stick with it and work through the pain. It does get easier. I just do Mon to Fri, but I go to gym on weekends.

Making friday my last day of level 1. Start level 2 next Monday. Still cant do pushups. Not seeing any results yet, but then haven't since starting exercise back in January. :\ sticking with it tho. Keep it up guys. :p

My calorie intake is 1200 per day, which I am usually under. My next shot isn'tdue til may but dont think am gonna get it. Its frustrating putting in a lot of work and effort and not getting any results. :(

I have one day a week where I can treat myself and eat what I want. It gives me something to look forward to. Then 9 times out of 10, when it comes to that day, I hardly want any of it.

I'm up to day 6 level 1. I do Mon to Fri and have sat and Sunday off. At the beginning I struggled but now I fly through level 1. I tried to change it up a bit by doing one day of level 2 and it killed me.

Hi, i did my first day this morn. Didn't find it to bad but I bet my body will be killing tomorrow. Will only be doing it Mon to Fri as weekends are just to busy with my kids. Also doing gym 2/3 times per week.
