If all goes well, I should be down a couple pounds for the next weigh in. I've been hitting the gym hard and have got some major control over my diet. Looking forward to seeing this challenge to the end with this great group of dedicated people.

I was plagued with Reactive Arthritis for a couple years, and only recently (within the past few months) have I been able to put this crap in complete remission. It sucked, and was painful as hell. hey Jamie, If it's an easy setup, it would be cool to see an accumulative total weight loss column for the entire group. I'd bet that we could collectively break 500 pounds. If it is a pain, no worries.

I can't really comment on your sodium question, other than you should probably tone it down if you're that high. With regards to your goals with this challenge set them high but attainable and don't sell yourself short.
