Just got back from Florida... after a week of drinking and eating terribly, I'm staying away from the scale for a few days so keep me at the same. Hope everyone is still killing the challenge :-)

Keep me at the same weight. I'm coming back stronger than ever next week!!

Drink lots of water (at least 3 liters a day) and you'll drop the water weight. When your body has enough water coming in, it doesn't have the need to store it. Give it a shot it will amaze you.

193.1 lbs. BOOM!!
-
I'll stay at the same weight to give everyone a fighting chance ;-) Just kidding... been busy with the new addition to the family and unfortunately the eating hasn't been the greatest. I have hit the gym a few times though so hopefully when I have the courage to hop on the scale, it'll all even itself out. Great work…

I'm Jay, and this is my second round of the 12 week challenge. Any day now I'm going to be a first time dad to a baby boy and we are so excited  I'm presently sitting at 195lbs with a goal to get down to 185, or wherever I need to be to get the excess fat off (under 20% would be awesome). I train hard 5 to 6 days a…

195.5lbs. I'm now signed up for round 2!! Hope to see you all there!!

HOLY MACKEREL!! We finally made it to the last week, and what a success it has been for everyone. Great work guys and gals  18 pounds lost for me, feeling great and ready for the next 3 months!! I'll get my weight posted in a couple days.

You should eat some calories back. Being in too big of a deficit is not good for your body, as your body requires a specific amount of nutrients each day to function properly.

And... Great work everyone!! Everyone is killing this 3 week challenge :-)

Hey! Maybe concentrate less on the number and more on the body measurements. Changes are more than likely occurring based on your description :-)
-
Congratulations on starting off and hitting 16 pounds loss!! Huge Success :-) Feel free to add me if you want some additional support or motivation. Best of luck in with your health goals. Edit - Hell, I'll add you to watch you succeed, and I know you will!!

GOOD LUCK!! Stick with the program, and get ready to feel AMAZING!!

Hit the gym hard. It will work wonders on your confidence :-)

199.8lbs. I'm interested in part 2 of the 12 week challenge. If I don't see it posted in the groups (I rarely check groups) make sure to send me a message so I can get on board with this. PS - I'm going to turn it up a notch for the last month to ensure victory is mine!!

My motivation has been the changes I've seen. Getting stronger, slimmer and healthier is a huge motivator. I do cheat though, and probably more than I should, but I think it's all about moderation. Burgers will always be around to taunt you, and if you can make it fit with your calorie lifestyle, why not!

Under "Exercise" use the "Cardiovascular" tab and "add exercise". This is what most do to add in their strength training calories. I believe this is what most do to track their strength training calories. Best of luck!

I don't even think that is enough calories to provide proper nutrition to the body. You should google the side effects of eating so little, as it is scary.

It's a race to the finish, and let's kick some serious *kitten* folks!! I'm going to stay away from the scale the next couple weeks, so keep me at the same weight. I'm fairly certain I won't hit the 190 mark, as I'm eating a lot and lifting heavy 3x's a week. I'm seeing the results with measurements, however not so much…

Sounds like you are double dipping with the calories ;-) If you have a sedentary lifestyle, you may want your MFP settings reflect just that. I would however be careful with logging "everything". Personally, if I do a 15-30 min walk with my dog, it doesn't get logged. I only log the cardio sessions and the strength…
