WOWZA!

what's your OH Press now? Just curious, as your shoulders got quite a bit bigger!

"since thick is in".... huh?? We must live in different countries.

Have a great holiday, Jamie.

I do a lot of cycle classes and I'd say 1/2 the class has a pool of sweat under their bikes (myself included) so I'd say it's normal if you're working hard. Personally, if I'm not sweating, I'm not working hard enough.

It's disheartening that you two are passing up on so many amazing foods. Meat and veggies are where it's at.

Keep me rocking at the same weight  It's been tough not stepping on the scale, and I'm so tempted every time I walk by it at the gym; just to see what is going on... But I'm going to hold strong for a couple more weeks. Keep given it hell people!!

Thank you for posting. This is definitely happening this weekend!!

203.2lbs. My weight isn't going to change for a month so I'll keep floating at 203.2, as I've decided to put away the scale and see what happens with measurements. Lot's of heavy lifting happening this month and I don't want to get discouraged with scale results. I am however hoping to be down in a month, and I look…

yes, perhaps pool exercises. There are also racing bikes that run using arm power.

feel free to add me too.

have a great group of friends that are active! Makes the whole thing fun :-)

the competition is heating up!!

Yup, most of the posters are correct. Make sure you accurately track every morsel of food you consume, and drink a lot of water. If you bite off half of the cracker before you give it to your child, make sure you track it. Also, verify the calories in the MFP database yourself. There is a lot of incorrect information.

203.2 lbs. Very good first month for me and I managed to squeak under my first quarter goal of 204. The 2nd quarter is going to be tough to achieve but since things are going well, I'll keep it as it is. Might even force me to go harder!! For the first month, I had a good cheat day each week, but with the amount of cardio…

From what I've read, under 2 months might still be early for a plateau. With the weights you're doing, try taking physical measurements as you may not being seeing a change on the scale, but it may be happening (muscle weighs more than fat).
-
2 weeks? Seems almost impossible to have hit a plateau. Are you weighing all your food and accounting for every little morsel? Keep up the good work, it should reflect soon.
-
We are almost 1/3 of the way there!!!

can confirm LOL

WOWZERS!

'That' is setting up your myfitness pal account to lose weight. Stay under your daily calorie goal. Track every gram of food and don't go over your daily amount. It that's simple - calories in and calories out. I started doing this 1-1/2 months ago and I'm down 15 pounds. There is a ton of information available so like…

Have you tried the simple - 'be in a caloric deficit each day of the week approach' ?? It has been working for me and a great deal of people on my friends list. Plus, why starve yourself two days a week... Seems bizarre, but perhaps I am missing something.
-
205.3lbs - A solid week for me. Another 1.3lbs and I reach my 4 week goal  I'm going to try and blow this out of the water!!
-
Thanks for the smoothie choices, and I'm going to try and give most of these a shot.

Agree.

These sound amazing! No I haven't tried the Greek Yogurt. However, I will be adding this in for sure. As for the protein powder, I have Whey. It's about 130 cals per scoop, 28g's of protein, and 6 grams of carbs. Thanks again!
