I'm a person who needs instruction LOL I take classes at my gym like HIIT, Spin or Body Sculpt. I've tried lifting weights alone but I truly need someone there with me to make sure I am doing them correctly. I'm like a kid, I swear LOL

I kind of thought it would be like circuit training. It's an hour long class, ending with core. I do have a heart rate monitor, so there is really no point in having one? Just curious. Thanks everyone for your input!!!

I lost quite a bit of weight back in my 30's not saying it was easy but now that I am in my 40's...good gosh it's a struggle!
