Cannot get my FitBit to connect
I switched from a Jawbone UP24 to a FitBit and it will not connect to myfitnesspal to save my life! What am I doing wrong?

I've had a Jawbone UP24 for over a year now. Lately it's been acting flaky (took it back & got a brand new one) so my husband bought me the Fitbit Flex today. Opinions please! Should I stick with my UP24, since it is now working properly (for the time being) or should I switch to the Fitbit Flex???

HIIT
I take a HIIT class 2-3 times a week. How do I properly log that? I see where you can add an exercise but am not sure how to do that & really just want it to be accurate. Thanks!!!
