Meat. Chicken, fish, steak, whatever. One of my meals, every day (even if it's just 3-4 oz) is just chicken breast & cheese (I know you want to avoid fat, but it's ok to have some!). Don't get discouraged! Your 'diet' is just what you make of it! You can enjoy treats as long as they are in moderation.

19 - 20% bf and 36D, 34 in hips. There's nothing specific you can do to keep your curves in tact (beyond squats/ similar excersize for a booty). I was actually hoping to get rid of mine.
