Yeah I mean the grams/ounces it goes up in stages if you get me I can’t have like 110g of something it goes in set stages

Unhealthy food like high saturated foods like chocolate crisps pizza etc

No I weigh everything I eat and track calories burned I don’t eat unhealthy foods I eat Alpen for breakfasts and peanut butter sandwich for dinner then I’ll eat homemade soup for dinner followed by Greek yoghurt and blueberries and dinner I will eat chicken breast with veg if that helps

Seems like my carb level is 50 per cent so if I have a large banana it takes it over or am I missing something?
