I hate to potentially disappoint you, but my pint of Marshmallow Peanut Butter has been sitting in my freezer, half eaten, for a couple of months. Not even chocolate syrup could save it for me...

Ew. Why do they tease like that?
-
After trying their variety pack, I have confidence they could get Blueberry Cheesecake right. Might be worth a purchase.

The Day Cheese Curds Took Over the Thread... :D

Also, have you had your vitamin D levels checked recently? Many people have a deficiency that can cause a lack of energy. It's a blood test prescribed by a doctor.
-
Do I need it? Probably not, but for me, a quart of water goes down easier with the Xtend BCAA mix added in. My personal favorites are pineapple and blue raspberry.

Just got them, thanks to Amazon shipping. They are whang-y at first, but the finishing bites were quite good. And the macros are great! Not sure they're worth more that $1.00/bar, but they're a nice break from other protein bars.

Hey--nothing ventured, nothing gained. :)

I just ordered a box. They look delicious!

I mean this with all the love from the bottom of my black runner's heart: 1. If there's a sidewalk, I use it. Drivers are *kitten*s, and the law of gross tonnage applies. 2. Generally speaking, pedestrians are supposed to be on the left side of the road, so oncoming traffic can see you. 3. We don't know this guy's…

It really is about when you can fit it in your schedule as well as personal preference. I exercise best first thing in the morning with a protein shake in the tank, but I have to get up at 0400 to do it. Sometimes, my body informs me we are not exercising at 0400 today, and I get it in when I can, either at lunch or after…

Good Lord--that doesn't sound sustainable. How do you sleep?

I got an 18-pack of these at my local Sam's Club. SO many times better than Quest chips! The Buffalo style is a bit too spicy for me (still not bad), but the BBQ is downright tasty! Nice amount of crunch, no whey aftertaste.

Oh, yes, the ones near me do, and they are my go-to when I stop there.
-
The servings have always been my issue, as well--who the *kitten* can eat a half of a cookie? (I do portion out my Enlightened ice cream, but this is different...)

Alternatively, you may want to gauge how your clothes fit rather than numbers. As long as I can fit into my current size, I'm good.

Actually, most of the 12 oz. ones are around 650 - 850 calories, so...maybe? If I am brave this week, I'll post.

There's one near my office. I'm tempted, but one of those looks like two days-worth of calories...! :o

I second Bubly sparkling water. They have great flavors and are often on sale at the supermarket and on Amazon.

Please don't beat yourself up: this is a journey, not a race. We've all had those binge days, and, agree with @Panini911 , this one instance isn't going to blow everything. (Though, I would prepare for a stomachache--that's a lot of peanut butter.) Tomorrow's a new day.

Y'know, 320 cal for a cinnamon bun isn't bad! And the 19 g of sugar, if one cares about such things, isn't terrible for a baked good with sugar icing.

It's a small office, everyone else is out today but one other person, and they'll be here in an hour...
-
Ew. :s

Wow: pasta-substitute noodles that you don't have to rinse a bunch of times and doesn't smell awful out of the bag? Sign me up!

I don't have faith in much, but I do believe that, if Ben and Jerry are involved, they'll figure out how to make CBD ice cream taste good.
-
I can also endorse the blueberry coffee--it sounds like a strange mix, but it does taste good.

I feel a great disturbance in the Force... I fear something terrible has happened.
