I try to have a fruit and veggie smoothie every morning. I add in chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds and always use non dairy milk of some kind. When I get that smoothie in I tell myself that I've started the day with some raw goodness. Oh and I do end up eating toast or eggs sometimes too. :) If you are on intsagram…

I'm in the same boat! I want to lose but also I want to make some permanent changes. I have a sweet tooth. It's my downfall.
