I am so in!! I don't have a scale, but at the doctors last werk i was 162, I wear a size 12 jean, & want to be down to a Size 10 by November 30 th. I've signed up for a 30 DAY GREEN SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE, which is also starting on October 1st & I'll incorporate the Smoothies into MY FITNESS PAL DIARY!!
