I wont put my weight out there but my goal is to lose 21 lbs. by Thanksgiving. I cant be responsible for the Thanksgiving weekend, but I dont plan on going totally crazy0

I'm in. I'm currently 134. My goal would be 118. I have only been that once a few years ago and in high school several years ago. Got sick and put it back on. Will be huge if I can get it off again.0

I never seem to keep up with these, but I promise that I WILL TRY!!
Current weight: 136.6
Goal loss per week is at .5 lbs/week: Ideally a total of 7ish lbs. AIMING for 130, so that gives me wiggle room.
Goal weight by November 30: 1300 -

WELCOME EVERYONE!! This is so wonderful we have such a great group who want to take these next 61 days and make a great effort to jump into the holidays! I think it's perfect timing for everyone! A 1-2 weight loss per week is a pretty great goal! Remember to keep journaling on your My fitness pal journal! Current: 182 pounds
Goal by my Birthday, November 29th: 166 pounds
I haven't been in the 160s in about 5 years, so my birthday gift to myself this year is to buy a new holiday dress. At my 166 pound self.

I don't have a scale, but at the doctors last werk i was 162, I wear a size 12 jean, & want to be down to a Size 10 by November 30 th.
I've signed up for a 30 DAY GREEN SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE, which is also starting on October 1st & I'll incorporate the Smoothies into MY FITNESS PAL DIARY!!0 -

Just an encouraging word for you all!!!
Keep pushing through difficult moments. Breakthrough is assured if you refuse to give up. This is much like the birthing process; the reward is worth the fight. You will press into a new beginning when old things are in the past and put away! I'm right along with every one of you and I know we can all do it!

So glad you are with us!! Now with you it makes 24 and growing! Yay for accountability! Staying motivated is a little like taking a bath....If you miss a day or more it doesn't work very well! I think most of us need daily motivation and I will be here everyday for both!0 -
My last weigh in was 130.6 (haven't weighed myself in awhile). I'd like to be down to 125! Let's do this everyone0
