I know...I take a probiotic too. I think to myself sometimes...is this all too hard on my liver and kidneys? Or does the health benefits out way that?

Yes! I have tried the zucchini LuckyStarrGal! I like using the Veggetti for stir fry dishes etc. I put zucchini in some Paleo brownies over Super Bowl weekend. It is really spicy! Sometimes I mix in Greens just to tame it a little. Like a spaghetti salad... I also like baking the spaghetti squash and mixing in an organic/natural Alfredo, shrimp or chicken and broccoli/mushrooms/peppers etc.. to make Alfredo!

Clean protein shakes with almond milk, frozen fruits and a little healthy fat! If you play around with the ingredients it's just as good as having a ice cream shake...without the crash ;) Also I bake Paleo sweets and freeze them. That way I usually just have a few!
