Running and Supplements
Could any of you share you success that do Half Marathons and Fulls with Supplemention and when to consume them? Pre workouts, energy chews, gels...timing etc...I want to shave off some time on my Half and hit a wall around mile 9. Thank you for any advice ;)

What's your weekly workout routine?
I usually do 5 days on, 2 days rest. On my rest days I still walk or do activities with my kids, yoga etc... I weight train 3 days and do cardio 2-4. I usually start my week off with legs, cardio/plyos day, arms and back, cardio/plyos/kettle bells. Then finish with legs again. I get bored really easy and have to mix it up…
