Looking for friends and workout buddies. I have been a stay at home mom for 8 years. I have two wonderful girls soon to be 9 and 5! They keep me very busy! My passion is working out, fitness, health and eating healthy. Positive inside projects healthy and positive outside. Trying to eat Paleo mostly, but also enjoy the flexible eating plan others have been talking about. Look forward to sharing recipes and workouts and any other motivation is welcome

Hi! I'm a mum of 3 (ages 5, 3 and 9 months). I'm not a SAHM but I am on maternity leave, although I'll be back at work 3 days a week after Easter. I'm a teacher.
I don't follow a specific diet, but I like eating healthily and don't really do convenience foods unless I'm desperate. My kids are pretty good and eat what we eat. My 3 year old's favourite snack is apple with peanut butter. Their favourite meal is chicken or fish with veg.
I work out a lot, 5/6 times a week and walk lots too.
I put on too much weight in my third pregnancy (I always do while pregnant, no matter what) and I've still got some to lose.0 -
You can add me as a friend. I just started working out last year (mainly walking and a little jogging). When winter hit I joined the gym and started lifting weights. I never thought I would love exercise but I do. I am trying to cut the sugar and simple carbs. Started eating organic last year. I also have a walking group if you would like to join. Its just a bunch of us adding our miles together and walking the US. Its a fun way to stay motivated to get some exercise in. Sounds like your doing great!0
