Just be Vegan. It's not a diet. I ate almost a cup of raw trail mix yesterday and still lost weight. Gluten and animal products are what was making me fat.

Jenny Craig is crap because it will keep you dependent on JC. JC food is also loaded with additives and sodium and it's expensive. Just do the basic 7. It's the basic 7 food groups.
