You may have problems with gluten, soy and animal products. This could be contributing to your depression. Examine your diet and you may find you become depressed after eating certain foods. I switched from a terrible diet then to vegetarian and now I am a Vegan and my mood has been so much better. Maybe you can try replacing one meal a day with a smoothie (strawberry, banana, almond milk and rice protein powder if you want extra protein) or a BIG salad. Just take it one step at at time and figure out what foods may be toxic to you.0
