Haha! Oh, I see. Sure. She seems pleasant...

What's Roman gotten me into?
-
@530roman Bro, you been pimping me out again? I told you I quit that game...
-
I've weighed-in at 19 pounds down since I last posted. 619.2 lbs

No probs! Message me with any questions you have...

Apology accepted. I'm sorry to hear that, but it's no excuse for telling random fat people that they're deluded and are going to die. As you've just acknowledged by deleting it.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. If you use the Harris-Benedict equation on a guy his size you'll find that he can still lose weight at over 3000 calories a day. As I'm sure he's recently been told by his bariatric dietitian. I started off on 2800 a day and I've lost 120 lbs in 12 months. Educate…

Oops that posted early... I've had a leg injury and have 300 lbs to lose, except I've already lost 120 lbs of it on my own. Add me if you're ready to do this!

My situation is remarkably similar to yours

Welcome along! Yea, I found this kind of organisation to be a good fit for me. I've been logging every calorie I've taken in for nearly a year and it's worked wonders. Started with Noom Pro, but recently came over here for the better community. Hope it works for you too.

Hello! I'm an old pro. Feel free to add me. Especially if you're a nurse...

Congrats on the great start, Diegops1! Good luck completing the job.
-
Hey, Anna! Is this day 1? If you've done it before, you can do it again.
-
Oh! Gastric sleeve. Of course. Good luck with that.
-
Hey! I have no idea what any of this means.
-
Nice one, that man.
-
Can I chip in with my 100 odd lbs? Or does it have to start again from now?
-
Hah! Yea, that's why I went down the volumetrics route. "Not enough weight loss AND I'm starving? Hell no!"
-
Sure, Kevin. I've just sent you a request... and accepted yours Fitness Foodie. Thank you all. :0)

Cheers, Mr Wobbly. Glad to be here. Even though I was in a mess physically, I think it was 90% mental. Since the penny dropped on the fact that you don't have to starve yourself to lose weight, or force yourself to workout before you're ready, it has been relatively plain sailing Previously impatience had been my enemy,…

Of course, Mindy, consider yourself added. It's taken me just over 12 months to get 50kg (100+ lbs) off. That's without a significant increase in my activity levels. Hopefully that'll only get better when I can start training properly.

Hey, Sara! Yea, I've been overweight all my life as well, but I still played sports and had an active lifestyle before the accident. After it my weight went off the scales whilst I was housebound and on medical steroids. I'm looking forward to finally being a healthy weight too and I'm pretty sure I've cracked it this…
-
I've been dealing with chronic depression myself, but I went the other way (weight gain). I think in your case you'd be better off throwing the scales out and focusing on a healthy diet and fitness goals. You can still use other measurements of progress if you like to keep track of something.
-
Welcome along! Me too. Feel free to add me.
-
Good luck with that. Though I hope that's not a before pic. Looks like you've already reached optimal health.
