It's ok to have ups and downs just keep logging!! Even if some days your wayyyy over your calorie goal MFP here we can help you motivate you and we WILL accept you!

Last week I got jammed with work I thought I had eaten enough, logged in my snacks that day, came up to 450 cals!!! I thought ok I'll eat like a pig tomorrow and add them to today.... Woke up at 1 am that night and made me a feast lol Not doing that ever again -_-

Find out your estimated daily caloric need, keep it that way for a full week. If you lost or gained than adjust until you find your daily caloric intake :)

I agree with you, it is in my understanding that this new formula doesn't change much for average height but when you come from the low/high end of the spectrum there is so much more/less bones, skin, ect. That and everyone is different, our society is also distorted into what is "healthy" must of us find overweight…

It sounds like you're doing everything right! I hit a weightloss plateau too closer to my goal and the problem was water!!
