Florida avocado is rare find and is pretty expensive. I used to eat them but it's just too much money, cause I like them. I buy haas from SAMs, they are pretty good size

I have a bottle of MCT oil sitting in case I run out of coconut. It's probably good as a salad dressing, but don't cook with it. It's also tasteless and I wonder if I can use it on my face instead of coconut oil?

When they're black, they're ripe. I buy them mixed, with some green so they can ripen as they sit there. I eat avocado a day! I usually top it with salt and pepper and eat it with the spoon. I also love to top it with egg salad and bacon crumbles or put chunks in my omelette. Power food!

Probably first 5-6 weeks it was variety of thingsmostly after I introduced heaving coconut oil and avocados. Boy, for 2 days it's was green mess. Now everything is perfect.

I used to stop at all of them and had to have it, not anymore, I just say no, thank you. I was addicted to pastas and white bread, never had a sweet tooth though so sugar was easy to give…

It took me about 3-4 weeks to feel better when I first started with 20 grams. I personally think you need to up your calories and stop being hungry. Eat more food and drink water until you can drink no more!

I never dump fat in a sink, always save in a jar and discarded, I do save bacon fat and keep it in a fridge.

Coffe with butter and coconut oil my morning mist have, around 8am Breakfast/brunch, usually avocado, eggs, bacon, berries, whatever I can find Mid day I'll dig for leftovers lol, another cup of coffee with cream, that will keep me full till dinner, which is my bigger meal and it could be fish, pork, steak, chicken, etc…

I need new boobs, i shall open FundMe account. Seriously, i hate loose skins, i keep working on my bat wings and it's very slow moving. I can feel a bit muscle on my triceps, but you can't see it because of the skin/or whatever it is. UGH!

I've noticed mine slowly disappearing? I'm not sure if it's LC or working out, I personally think it's the exercise that is toning your legs, butt and other areas that are helpful the most.
