I switched from a ten pound to a fifteen pound kettlebell for part of my kettlebell kickboxing video. I've been making excuses not to do this for awhile so this is a definite nsv for me and I am feeling it today. :smile:

I have 3 boys. 4,3 and 1. I lost it all after the first easily, lost it all after the second with a ton Of hard work. Still have 15 lbs to go with number three. I don't know why it's been so much harder this time around. Add me. I'd love to have parent friends. :)

How long do you think I need? I don't want to do it too far in advance and waste my money but I don't want to cut it too close either.

Not feeling squeezed by the size 6 jeans I'm currently wearing. The 8's were falling off but the 6's are pretty tight. The new shirt I get to buy when I lose 7 more lbs. Looking good in my bridesmaid dress at my brother's wedding in March.

That's good to know. Mine has a lace overlay on top and a chiffon overlay on bottom so I was worried it wouldn't tailor very well.

Anyone else worried about their dress fitting? I ordered a large because that's what my measurements at the time corresponded to and I didn't want to order down in case I didn't lose but I've been doing really well so I'm afraid it's going to be way too big.

I love my workout video. Kettle bell kickboxing scorcher series. But everybody loves different things. Yoga,, Pilates, yogalates, p90x, Jillian Michaels. All have at home videos you can buy.

I always want to eat healthier but it seems really difficult to figure it out and stick to it and change EVERYTHING all at once so I eat what I always eat, just less. Find out your TDEE through an online calculator ( you can google it) then add 300 calories. That's what most books I've read recommend.

1. Do an unassisted pull up. 2. Go up two kettlebells. 3. Look good at my brothers wedding next to the bride who is tiny and gorgeous.

It can be hard with babies. Maybe find an exercise video you enjoy doing. Eventually you'll get good enough at doing it that you can do it on mute while you watch a show. In the meantime just commit to logging EVERYTHING. Even if you don't have a calorie goal it will help. Good luck.

Make sure you log EVERYTHING you eat. Skipping a snack here or there really adds up. :smile:

I use the kettlebell kickboxing scorcher series videos and I love it. I lost all 45 pounds of baby weight by his first birthday by counting calories and doing that after my second baby.
