Yupp I am, by choice. Honestly it's not that bad, I usually have oatmeal with fruit for breakfast. Then for lunch I'll make a turkey and avocado and tomato sandwhich with hummus on whole grain bread and a small dinner of quinoa with some protein like sausage or chicken and vegetables mixed in

Finally reached my goal of 113 and I love the way my body looks. I'm Brazilian so I naturally have thick thighs too and I always hated them but I've gotten them to slim down a tad and they're very toned so now I'm happy with how they look. But I am gonna start doing more cardio to see if I can keep slimming them.

Yeah I've cut down as well because you definitely lose weight faster by reducing carbs than any other element so Ive been eating only 1-2 servings daily but a ton more vegetables too. Thanks :)

Aurpr Surprisingly yes! I've read some awesome informative articles that say that with eating healthy and staying under a certain calorie limit, you literally breathe the fat away. I'll try to find the articles to link them here
