Update: it's been three days since I started my low carb meal plan and I've lost 3 pounds. Weighed in today at 114! So happy to see how my body reacts when I cut out sugar! Lovin it

Thanks! I guess I used the wrong term but I feel like my abs aren't getting any more toned, I don't see any packs coming in or anything. It just stays the same but I'm still working hard on them and changing up my routines each week

I do 25 reps of a variety of crunches with a medicine ball, then 4 minutes straight of 4 different planks (1 minute straight plank on my elbows, 1 minute of planking on my elbows while alternating touching each hip on the floor, and two minutes of a few different ones) They're so effective. Then side planks!

I try not to but sometimes if I know I'm gonna drink alcohol that day, I'll workout extra hard so I can at least drink back the calories haha

I'm 5'1 and finally 111 pounds :) the before picture was summer of 2013 but I didn't really start my weight loss journey until around February 2014. Since then I've been eating very healthy (check out my food diaries) and working out 4-5x per week and doing yoga almost everyday. Feelin so happy and good about myself :)
