    Yep! I recently started weight training and I love it!! Adding weights to my workout are what made the abs start to appear haha

    I added weights! Now I do less reps of crunches but with a medicine ball, and some ab machines too. Look at these pictures

    People used to congratulate me on my pregnancy except I wasn't pregnant, just big belly. Now I get compliments for my abs! Eating right + weight training + cardio. I didn't focus much on abs exercises itself, just a lot core strengthening, body weight workouts.
