So fatigued

All day today I've been so tired and have no energy to do anything. Worked out really hard last night and are a healthy snack after then got a lot of sleep, woke up today and had a healthy breakfast and worked out really hard again and ate again after but still I'm feeling so fatigued. Anyone know why this could be?

    Because your body is tired and needs to rest. And/or you need to eat more.

    I agree, you could be over doing it! Our bodies need fuel and rest. Usually when excessive fatigue hits, there's something missing! Hope it gets better for you!

    Thanks guys, I'm gonna take a day or two break from the gym and see if I feel better
