I do all my 'Gym' work in the am 4-5, in the office by 6:15, coach in the evenings, and do all my swimming at night. Makes the weeks go by FAST!

Can only comment on wild 'caught' ducks. The main thing with duck is to cook it rare to med rare. Cook it too long and it gets tough and can get real gamey. Pizza is my crack! When work brings in pizza I usually eat less of a breakfast, eat 2-3pcs for lunch, and then a low cal dinner. I get to enjoy pizza and am still within my cal limits.

I've 'cooked' the calories out of many foods. I've also heard you can strain the calories out of some foods if you run them under cold water!

You start out pretty lite on SL 5X5 so shouldn't be a problem for a while. When you start to get heavy you can find a friend to spot, or move to the smiths.

Nice Work, in the same boat here, though I started at a higher 'weight class'. Main thing I keep reminding myself(about my belly) If it took 20years to grow(belly) it's going to take more than a couple months to transform, but I'll keep working at it. Good Luck!

As in most everything in life, stop worrying about what MIGHT happen. Instead get control of the things that you can control. MFP is a good resource, stay strong, and you will get past any obstacles.

I bet tired like the last 25 of the 200Fly! Work at it you can break through. You can switch it up to. Here's another good one, 4x25 #1. 1/2 EZ 1/2 Hard #2 1/2 Hard 1/2 EZ, #3 All EZ #4 All Hard, repeat. Keep at it!
