I swim as often as I can find pool time. Some weeks 3x some 0x. Thypically 2,500 to 3,500yds at a time. I lift mon/wed/fri, so some days I double up between lifting and swimming. If I can't hit the pool I'll run to try and keep my cardio up.

I Lift, Run, & Swim. I'm currently training for a swim meet in early April so lifting is tapering off and swimming is ramping up.
-
Swimming for sure, still hate jumping into the pool though
-
Depends on what your goal is?
-
You get used to it. Are you using the mobile app? If not, I found it helpful to figure out any deloading.
-
I've done SL 5X5 and am now doing 5/3/1. If I didn't have the phone app I'd wander around aimlessly.

Taking the kids Friday night in 3D!
-
I have one and have used it for a bit over a year. I haven't used it in a month as it got water in it during a swim and shorted out.
-
I have several good friends that are women, and I don't imagine what it would be like to sleep with any of them.
-
I like the 4th wk deload, I usually hit the pool harder during that week and stretch out those muscles
-
I'd love to get into it but there aren't any places near me, bummer.

Labyrinth(had to look it up, sorry) Dyin' ain't much of a livin', boy

Depends, what are you going to be working on while at the gym and how fast you heal. At least wait until everything is done oozing. Wash before, apply aquaphor, go to gym, come home and wash.
-
The best gym is the one your going to go to. If the Y is a 30min walk and you feel like your going to a dungeon your more apt to 'skip' a day when your not feeling it. There's just too many negatives to hold you back. If Snap is only a 10min walk your probably more apt to make that trek on a regular bases. Your not lifting…

My last piece, as soon as can find an extra hour somewhere I'll get the next 2 drawn up and scheduled.

Surly Furious or Over-Rated, most IPA's are good in my book though
-
Pizza, hands down, I could eat a whole pie without stopping to breath!
-
I lift early in the morning so it's done on an empty stomach. When I swim it's usually at night so I have eaten a couple hours before. I always feel sluggish when I'm swimming after eating, I'd rather swim on empty. When I compete I eat a small breakfast, and then small snacks in between events.

I do 40sec on 20sec of Tabata style. I had to sign up for a class, it's the only way i'd stick with it. We typically rotate through leg stuff(squats & lunges) upper body(rows, presses, push-ups) and core/abs(planks, russian twists, jack knifes) Made the mistake of lifting hard last night, class this morning kicked my azz!
-
Deadlifts on Monday, Squats on Friday!
-
I feel the wheels falling off the wagon real soon!!!!
-
You sure he didn't mean PHAT? If that's not what he meant Of course you could always take a couple kick boxing classes and show him what you've learned?
-
If I found an oreo pizza it would be all over, those two are my weakness.

If your motivation is to become healthier so you can be there for your kids, keep a picture of them handy, when ever you lack motivation, take out the photo and remind yourself why you're doing this. Don't just say it in your head, verbally reaffirm yourself why you're doing this. Kids can be a strong motivation.

Tate was going to hang it up after the Holm fight. She said she's tired of the constant training, day in day out for 10yrs. Just too bad she went out that way. The Woodley Wonderboy rematch is going to be AWESOME! Connor is an animal, they're going to have to fight open air from now on, there's no building in the world…

42 here, I lift, I swim, I do yoga...

Take a kick boxing class, and kick his azz! No seriously run away and don't look back.
