Squats and pool time today

I did 40min of yoga, followed by 45mins HIIT this morning. Probably do 30-40mins foam rolling tonight.

Yes. but they won't be 'equal'. I swim 3x a week, around 10,000yds total. I also lift 3x week to build strength and muscle.

People that don't re-rack their weights. C'mon that last set didn't take every last ounce of strength. Also anyone that feels the need to load up on the icy hot. There's a guy that works out occasionally and he lays it on so thick that my eyes water.

I've got a 1mi loop that I walk, 1x in the morning and 1x in the afternoon. I call it my sanity break!

.22 and 20ga in Cub Scouts 9,10,11 somewhere in there. First hunting trip around 12-13. Took my 11y.o. daughter shooting this past summer with a 20ga she won at a local Delta Waterfowl Banquet.

I can assure you fresh fish does smell. I've caught, cleaned and cooked within minutes and it smells like fish. Fish with a high oil content(trout, salmon) have a more pronounced fish smell. Tilapia are real mild and have about the least fish smell. Also don't over cook!

I do the same but I don't add the half & half, the blended coconut oil makes the coffee creamy enough. I grind the beans on medium grind each morning and use a french press.

I don't eat enough protein with my regular meals so I supplement with rice protein. I tried several variations of whey protein but they weren't kind to my stomach.

I've got a MOOV Now, and too bought it mainly to track my swims. Overall a pretty good tracker although it doesn't always record butterfly correctly. I too work 2 jobs, have 2 kids, and have a wife that works evenings, so in a sense I am a single father. The biggest thing about working out in the morning is getting out of bed, once you are on your feet…

pinggolfer96- you can use your oven as a dehydrator, bunch of info on settings and how to on-line. I turn most of the ducks and geese I shoot into jerky. I usually us my smoker, but when I'm real lazy, or have a lot to do I'll smoke them for an hour and finish in the dehydrator. Maybe I'll make another batch this weekend?
