I swim on my own Monday nights and would like to break up the monotony with a mp3 player. Anyone have any experience with these. I know when they first came out they were either a ton of $$$ or wore totally worthless.
Down #30+ since I started in Jan 2015, I've got another #10-12 to go and them I'm going to try and put about #8 muscle back on. Attached are 2 pics, the first one is from a Open Water Lake Swim June 2014, the second one is the same even but from last weekend. Big difference, I think?
