Hello MFP, my name is Dave. Not new to MFP but am new to the 'community'. My goal is to get down to #160 and have around #25 to go, so far I've lost around #10. I'm currently tracking cals and running the stronglifts 5x5 along with additional cardio on the treadmill 3x a week. In April I will be starting in a Masters Swim program.
