Does anyone NOT target workouts? Target is best for toning/building and non-target (wth would you call that?) is best for burning cals. Amirite? Or wrong? I have looked this stuff up, and opinions are, well, you know what opinions are like.... So why not get more!?
I don't tone, or just burn calories... whats that?

There is no toning, just building muscle in my book, its all burning calories, but bulking is my favorite time of the year. Currently on a bulk that will last though the end of December.. Then Ill carb cycle for a month and them cut...0

Depends. I run DUP style training. A hypertrophy, strength, and power day. Some days I'm running 5x8, sometimes a crap ton of triples. I set up a cycle for about 12 weeks before testing maxes.0 -

I'm going to a skating class today which encompasses cardio, imagine 1 leg squats while gliding on one foot, flexibility stuff and yoga poses all on blades0

Shakeweight and Dancing to the Oldies day today. Gonna get swole.0

I did 1.5 hour on the treadmill at 7% incline... took it easy, I'm still sore everywhere from starting weights again a few days ago!0

Sick here, with a sick little person (who has the energy of a crazed monkey)...I'll try to get in a short walk or HIIT session on the treadmill.0
