Im aiming for 125. I might go heavier. I'm unsure what I would look like with more muscle mass, so if i get really toned i wouldn't mind being 140 and up. Right now I'm 140.

Haha yeah, theres this new tv show where personal trainers gain a lot of weight so they can loose it together with there clients. Your experience is kinda the synopsis of that show (u know minus the adultery)

Way I see it, walking and running a mile burn the same amount of Cal. However, walking that mile takes 1 hour and running it takes 20 min. So 10000 steps, whether you walk or run those 10000 steps, will always burn the same amount, one way is just faster.

1. I guess your workout video is cardio. it's hard to say without seeing it. 2. I've never found the whole "good carbs and bad carbs" thing very useful. Do i think it facilitates a better result? Yes. Do i do it every day? No. I think its a good place to start, but once you begin to cheet the system a little and define your own rules and boundaries its much more sustainable (and therefore effective)

Welcome. You made an honest post, i admire that. Pleased to meet you. Also do try to eat out less! Paleo is tasty and effective but it can be super hard to maintain while at a restaurant!

I think your active or highly active. Also, what I do is not worry about whether im active or lightly active or whatever and just put myself at sedentary. Then I manualy add all the workouts I do durring the day.
