I hate the term “you people” it always instantly infuriated me when I would take a call for customer service and the person was ranting about “you people”. Just sounds nasty!

LCHF has given me back a feeling that I'm in control and can do this! My husband an I are both losing and sticking to it. No fees just persistence to eat right. Also both our blood pressures are down a lot. They are reducing my meds. Lotsa good things!
