  • Awesome!!! I will add you all!!!! To be honest most of the time I do not use myfitnesspal to track calories. I diet using the mayo clinic diet, which does not calorie track.
  • Yay!!!!! Can I add you as a connection? I think my name on there is the same as here.
  • I love walking. In the spring and summer I walk 2 miles every morning and LOVE IT!!! However fall and winter are my struggling months where I have to use the "dreadmill". Good job on finding the time and motivation!
  • I did the Buns, guns and abs challenge last month and this month am working through the abs and squat challenge. I do love doing them and feel better when done! I have partnered with a friend from work so we text each other when it gets hard. Lol!
