Thank you all! I've been eating clean, drinking a ton of water through out the day and work out 3-4 times at the gym! Plus I chase around my 11 month old son all day too so that has to count for some cardio!

I will sometimes add plain greek yogurt to my protien shakes, it makes it soooo delish! I will also use it as a dessert when im having a sweet tooth either as a snack or for breakfast. Tried it. Hated it. Did not see why anyone would ever do this. That's the one thing I will not sacrifice during my weight loss journey, my coffee is sacred. Haha. I enjoy my cup of coffee with my sugar free coffee mate creamer every morning. And so far I have lost 19.7 pounds since February 1st.
