Any of you guys tried this yet? It seems like an absurd amount of fat all at once, but I have seen some people love it that were not salesman. So wanted to hear from people who have tried it. Thoughts, pros, cons? What types of coffee and fats did you try?

Yes, I did it for a while. It seems like a lot of fat at once, but if it fits your macros, you'll be okay. I only used Kerrygold grass-fed butter though, unsalted preferable. You need a wand or something. You will NOT be able to stir it without it just making a grease layer on top. If you use the wand, it will be frothy like a latte. The taste is that of a coffee with like a really rich half-and-half in it. It also works with coconut oil if you like the taste of it.
For me, it was kinda helpful because I have a hard time eating breakfast, but I always have a cup of coffee. So I would be in a rush to get off to class, where I wouldn't be able to eat for about four hours after that. That would be roughly 6-8 hours after I woke up until I had any calorie intake.
You just have to decide if it fits you, but you're not going to harm yourself as long as you fit it into your macros and calorie-totals.0 -
I wasnt hungry after drinking it, but thats cos it made me feel sick!0

Tried it. Hated it. Did not see why anyone would ever do this. That's the one thing I will not sacrifice during my weight loss journey, my coffee is sacred. Haha. I enjoy my cup of coffee with my sugar free coffee mate creamer every morning. And so far I have lost 19.7 pounds since February 1st.0

I tried it, I enjoyed it, but, it is was overhyped and isn't anything special you NEED to try by any means.0

I add coconut oil in my coffee on occasions where my fat macro is low. I put a tbsp of heavy cream, 1/2-1 tbsp coconut oil in my coffee, and hit it with a frother until well blended. It's decent. Just don't let it sit too long or it will separate.0

I'm drinking it as we speak. I use grass fed ghee and only a tsp instead of the 2 tbsp that I've seen recommend. I love it!0

Didn't like it with the kerrygold, had an off after taste to me. I tried adding other stuff too like almond extract and vanilla extract along with coconut oil and it was alright. It just started to taste less like coffee, so I stopped. I'll blend my coffee with coconut oil on Friday for a treat.0

What happens if it DOESN'T fit your macros (other than a number being red on MFP)?0 -

no red!! the red number is very disheartening!!!
when i was in high school, teachers weren't allowed to use red pens anymore to correct tests and homework. it was too damaging to the children.0 -
I have read a few articles about it and most reputable medical resources agree that for short term, it may be a viable last minute resort for meal replacement but for the long run, it is not good for you.0

Right. Red is annoying. Other than red, what's the problem with going over on the fat macro?0 -
