Chris, thanks for the reply. I'm glad to hear I'm not alone in this line of reasoning. As a rule of thumb I try and never eat more than a third (33%) of the calories I burned in exercise during the day; over and above my daily calorie goal. Yes the 2400 cal BMR is quite high, I picked 2400 because it simplifies the math.…
