I go for full fat when I can find it and find that some brands taste better than others. I often do jelly as a mix in, but fresh fruit (peaches) works great too.

Same. I never use margarine. I also don't really care for food substitutes generally. Prefer full fat foods also as I enjoy the taste way more and it fills me up better.

I could eat roasted frozen cauliflower daily as well. I sometimes eat only that for dinner. Glazed carrots are also fairly easy and tasty, and asparagus grills well for a bit of variety.
