I can't exercise either. Can't even walk for long distance. Trying to lose weight by counting calories and eating healthy. I have high hopes as weight loss is 75% diet control and only 25% exercise so it's quite achievable even without exercise. Please feel free to add me

Set smaller goals like 10lbs at a time. It's easier to reach and then aim for next 10lbs. It gives sense of achievement and keeps me going
