thanks for the support. 1500 is my goal but im not there yet. Ive dropped from over 4000 to around 2500 average calories over the last week. 1500 is still the goal but im not gonna get there until im ready. will start 20min walks in the morning and afternoon soon to give me another 300 to work wit
