We can do it! I am doing power weights class 3 x per week and increasing running miles slowly back up to 20-25 to be ready for a half marathon in April. I turn 50 in May. It is getting tougher to lose. I am 5'3" and 133#. Would really like to get down to 213 by St pats day. The first 5 were easier to lose! Friend me if you are in this tough boat with me. We can inspire each other.

I try to drink a big cup of water first thing in the morning, that helps, before anything. I also drink a lot of caffeine free tea at work.
