I feel the same, I just have to keep eating like normal or else the hunger hits me like a tsunami the next day. It's worse in the summer heat, probably a survival mechanism.

Lol, that's why I said MOSTLY, I love yogurt. But I use the vegan abouttime. I've found that with me being 200lbs, I can't be strictly vegan and still get enough protein. So a serving and a half of yogurt, a protein bar, and a can of tuna are my non-vegan foods in a day, lol. I just try to keep it minimal.

It's quite possible that your body is in starvation mode since you only eat once a day and then eat all your calories at once. You've been teaching your body to hold on to that food for energy since it won't be fed again for another 24 hours. Not to mention it's fast food so you're likely not getting the nutrients that…

I'm vegetarian but the only dairy I do regularly is yogurt. Chobani has a greek yogurt that is 12g of protein, then I like to mix in healthy granola 4g, pumpkin seeds, other nuts and seeds, hemp seeds are amazing mixed in although I'm not sure the protein and you can mix in fresh fruit.
