Weren't raspberries a case of love/hate for me? While I loved the flavor (and still do), don't I hate the little seeds? By the way, does everyone know the difference between a drupe and a drupelet?
-
@Krysless2 No problem! Glad you're back in it! 👣 (I only put zeroes for your steps this week as a reminder so I wouldn't bug you. Easily undone.)
-
@Krysless2 I'll assume you meant Fri 7/18 and Sat 7/19

Stress Good habit — exercise in the morning, or exercise in the evening. It's different for different people. Some people find exercise in the evening helps them relax before bedtime. Others find they need too much time to unwind after exercise. One kind of exercise that's a great stress reliever — good in the morning or…

Shall I clear up the confusion by saying that @cmsienk and I both have the same brand of 6½" skillet, but aren't you thinking of the 3½" skillet at REI that I posted a link to? Shall I confess that peanut butter pretzels don't last long at my house?

Anticipation can be good, no? Aren't I glad no one asked for a bite of my Dutch baby? Aren't I satiated now, just before going to tai chi practice? ☯️ (I'd say it might slow me down, but that's kind of the point with tai chi, right?) 😂
-
Would anyone like a bite of the Dutch baby pancake I'll be taking out of the oven in about two minutes? 😋
-
While I concur, can't I imagine someone using a cube of butter to coat the insides of their cold pan? (Aren't I now starting to want a Dutch baby for breakfast?)
-
Hmmm, go on a long bike ride. 🚵♂️
-
Haven't I always assumed that the reason the recipe I read called for heating the pan first was because it made for a better result? Is it wrong for me to assume that people who favor the cold method are just lazy? 🤣 Or is it that I'm lazy for not wanting to do my own research to find out which is the better method? 🤔🤫

@myndieet I was about to post this, before seeing that you've got it sorted out. — I have an Android phone with version 16 installed and I'm able to log in. So whatever the issue is with your phone, I'm sure it's solvable.

true… mostly the ones variously called minimal, zero-drop, barefoot w/ wide toe-box… several pair with differing thickness of sole for use on smooth paths, rocky paths, mountain trails, etc. plus just today I got what are a minimal minimal pair that I hope will work for tai chi tomorrow. TNP has untypical feet (e.g. extra…

what do we do now?

@jessicakrall8 Congratulations! You made me curious… so I looked up my own… So this is year 11 for me — however, I was inactive (literally) for quite a few years of those years!
-
Was that not my thought exactly? But don't I vaguely recall when I did use a larger skillet enjoying an all-day-long Dutch baby pancake snack? 😋
-
That's a question I simply can't answer question, because how would I know? 😂

Here are the results for week 3 of the Step Challenge: Check out @Zaxa2021's average of over 16,000 steps/day! Notice the last column: it's your average steps for the week plus your standard deviation. If you're unfamiliar with standard deviation (SD), here's one definition: "In statistics, standard deviation (SD) is a…

@ashleyh2100 I've recorded your steps — that's a lot of steppin'! @66keto , @Mari33a No steps reported for last week that I can see.

I believe we did, and aren't our Lodge cast iron skillets good for "Use in the Oven, on the Stove, on the Grill, or Over a Campfire"? 😂 Don't I have a number of various sized cast iron skillets gifted to me by my brother decades ago? Should I get them out of storage? 🤔
-
@Krysless2 Okay. Do you have steps for Friday/Saturday?

Yuck to pickles! (You might try a wheat beer, like Blue Moon Belgian White, if it's the taste of hops that you dislike) Blue Moon Belgian White wheat ale, with a twist of orange

You can chew ice cubes? That's amazing! My guess is you're the only person who can do so. A less trusting person would suspect you are being less than totally honest about that ability. But thinking about it, I think I see a possible explanation. You said "something doesn't sound right". I agree, and I think you've…

For my first few Dutch baby pancakes (last year some time?), didn't I use what is probably (aren't I too lazy to look) a 10" cast iron skillet? But being a bachelor and finding that a bit too "plentiful", didn't I then purchase a 6½" cast iron skillet which is "just right" for a personal size Dutch baby? I suppose even a…

Sorry for the lengthy post. 😂 Sun - Nutrition Habits Yes, I agree, tracking food is the #1 habit to have, and I have it, although I sometimes fail to log everything. 🤫 Good Habit: Getting enough protein can be challenging — this is the habit I'm working on. How much protein do you need? Recommendations vary, often…
