Well, I made the persimmon banana bread. For the flour, I substituted ⅓ flour, ⅓ almond flour and ⅓ rolled oats. It didn't rise as much as I would have liked. Maybe I didn't add enough baking soda to the persimmon. But it's a good first try. I'm going to try baking some other stuff in the next few days. For Christmas…
