Am I, or am I taking an opportunity to reexamine my tastes and habits while avoiding calories, with the expectation that I will be enjoying something sweeter and more satisfying later today when I attend an Earth Day celebration in the park? (Aren't I leaving now to help someone set up their booth?)

Hasn't it been too long? Would you believe I slept in this morning, and am now sitting down to sip some coffee that is lacking the three things that my coffee normally has: cream, sugar and heat? (What's got into me that I would drink cold black coffee?)

I'm familiar with that knee pain. I had some issues weeks ago and had to severely cut back on my walking. I'm doing better now, but still being cautious not to overdo it. So I agree, knee pain is not something you can (or should) "push through". Just keep doing what feels right.

True, in my old house, where it was not an infrequent occurrence, but false in my current house (for ~5 years). TNP has been watching the series Fallout and finds it weird, bizarre and fascinating, but has no experience of the video game on which it is based.
