    @nancyinmiami - Funny cartoon! It captures how many of us feel about “missing” steps while our watch or Fitbit is charging. I guess staying in bed is better than imagining we burned more calories than we actually did — and giving ourselves permission to eat more! 🤣 I appreciate all the motivating cartoons, photos, and engaging activities like the book club (& the step and weekly challenges led by @frankwbrown and @jessicakrall8).     The F2F weekly challenge is focused on building endurance through incremental changes — adding a little more weight overtime to gain strength or increasing distance to improve running, etc.

    The information @jessicakrall8 shared on the topic reminded me of a “Half Size Me” podcast I listened to recently.     @alleykat69 - I’m so sorry you are suffering and feeling sick. I had a cold this summer that involved a lot of congestion so I can only imagine adding allergies. I hope you find a treatment that works — or the cold and allergy season both pass quickly!
