Good morning Shape Shifters. Yesterday I walked to the groomer with Tinus in the morning. His coat was pretty good, but I like to go at the end of summer. She was done in 30 minutes and said "well, since it was so quick, lets do 30 euros instead of 40". Very sweet of her, but I still paid the normal 40 euros. When it takes longer she doesn't suddenly increase the price either. I am aware some appointments will be faster than others and that is totally fine. She needs to make money too and life is getting more expensive for everyone so I am sure she feels it as well. Anyway, Tinus was happy to go home again and he enjoyed an extra treat. I did two loads of laundry and that was pretty much it. I don't go to the gym on Fridays and I was feeling lazy. I am starting a second round of 75 hard on Wednesday so I am taking it a little bit easy while I still can. Happy Saturday everyone 🧡

@Pupowl - My son started the 75 Hard plan earlier this month and the 75 days happens to end on his birthday in November. He’s been doing well with his workouts. It’s been good motivation to get our ab workout done together and we are running a 5K together tomorrow.
I got a flu shot and COVID booster vaccine yesterday so I’m sluggish today. I went to the personal trainer for a 30-minute strength session, and rested most of the day. 🦥3 -
