I’m ok with it. We had our 37th anniversary this week so we went out and splurged at dinner. Have enough leftovers for two lunches as well. Haven’t been walking like I need to because my knee has been bothering me. It’s better today so I need to get walking without pushing it. We just booked a trip to London that leaves in a little over a week. I need more steps but I don’t want to hurt my knee before we leave!

NSV- I used to run daily, have always hated it, but did it anyways. I have breathing issues between allergies, exercise induced asthma, and a deviated septum. I have never been able to run fast or super long distances. I even did 2 marathons, slow but i finished them. About 4 1/2 years ago I quit working out because I was working 2 full time jobs so I could buy a house. I started running again a couple months ago, and yesterday, I ran a mile straight for the first time in 4.5 years, and today I was able to do it again.
