@jessicakrall8 — Yes, congratulations on your milestone achievement 🎉🥳🎉! Great job 👏
@alleykat69 — I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your mother — my condolences. I’m sure you needed the rest. Sleep is so important.
My ‘body battery’ had been really low the last couple of weeks. I had a summer cold in August, and then I had a headache yesterday, so I went to bed super early. At first, I was just resting in the early evening to get rid of my headache. I got up to have a snack about 6:30pm and then went back to bed, watched a movie on my phone, and slept through the night. My watch registered a 97 body battery level this morning. So, I plan to use that energy to exercise and catch up on the work I didn’t get done yesterday. I hope everyone has a good weekend!

Thank you so much for your kindness, Patrice! It's been crazy busy this week and my nutrition wasn't perfect, so hoping I won't pop back up and keep moving downward! Hope your headache is gone and you can enjoy your weekend!

@cre804 — Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉 on your milestone loss of 50 pounds! That’s fantastic!
I hope you feel better after your rest @LaurieWrobo.
I shifted our personal trainer appointment to an earlier time today so I could take advantage of a free sculling lesson that is open to members of our boat club. We thought it might be canceled because of rain but the storm was slow moving in so we enjoyed “the calm [water] before the storm.”That boat club is about a 30-minute drive from my house so I listened to a podcast by Andrew Huberman. He’s a professor at Stanford University who focuses on neuroscience and heath topics. I thought his interview with Alia Crum was very interesting. She shared findings from her research on mindsets giving examples about exercise, nutrition, and stress. I’m including a link below —

I just walked to Starbucks this morning — 3 mile round trip, to earn my September Weekend Walking badge. To my surprise, that actually earned me three badges:
- September Weekend Walking - walk 3 miles in a single activity
- September Heart Walks - record 3 hours of walking in heart rate zones 2 or 3
- Active September - record 20 activities of at least 20 minutes each
